You have a smartwatch? I picked up a Garmin Forerunner and that actually turbo charged my training. Kind of puts you in this positive feedback loop (at least in my case it did). Plus I boulder 2x a week and meditate 20min every morning…

please, please, please add Forum Navigation in the header… once you start clicking into the forums/subforums/topics you have no idea where you are and can’t just click back into subforum/forum etc… as can be seen at the top here from ADVrider…
