I am coding a custom controller that will interact with various Applications.

Here is what I found so far. The list of keycodes for the 8 key controller do work, for the most part.

What I found, by mistake may I add, is that DMD is also using KEYCODE_F1, KEYCODE_F2, KEYCODE_F3 internally for the Button App. I have Keymapper installed to do other operations and these keys were triggering them.

Also discovered that KEYCODE_SPACE will also lock the screen. There is a few others that I forget as well.

This complete list would greatly help us in not assigning any keys that DMD2 is using and/or use them in a different way in custom coded controller.

Hi All,

I have a custom controller. DMD2 set to Generic 8 keys.

All functions work up/down/left/right, zoom in F6, zoom out F7, enter (A key) and F5 does cancel the panning in map mode.

My issue is the following:

In the “Home” page both F5 and F7 locks the touchscreen.
In the “Maps” page none do.

Tried DMD2 set to barbuttons with same results.

I have triple checked everything. Using https://jaxeavd.com/barbuttons/keypress-tester I verified that I am sending the correct keycodes.
All other features work as far as I can tell since I cannot find a list of what keys do what if held down.
What is the expected behavior?

Here is my current setup. Installed on a 2020 Road Glide Limited.

Harley GPS sucks so..  865x providing Waze and music to bike thru AA and GPS on top 🙂
