Dear forum –

I have used DMD2 that came pre installed on my Carpe Iter tablet. After a recent upgrade to Android 11, my installation is gone and I need to reinstall either form the Play Store or the APK. Is there a preferred way? I am mainly interested in stability and not risky beta functionality.

Since today my CarpeIter only displays a blank screen. After a reboot I see the ‘normal’ DMD2 display, but it immediately turns white and no longer reacts to any input. Only the Android ‘square’ shows the task list but no further interaction seems to work.

I did try several resets, but it does not help. Since I am not an Android expert, I welcome all suggestions what to try.
