Some really interesting sections on this track. Good large trails and a few sections of slightly more technical skinny bits. After rain a few sections get slightly more challenging, especially on way back through the villages but they are easily avoided.

The track effectively starts at the bottom of Limuru, through Team Plantations (maybe private road so be polite) then over the top avoiding Limuru Town. Really interesting section on the edge of the forest on edge of the Rift that loops about with some fun rocky hairpins. I tried to get down to the bottom early but hit a locked gate so had to come all the way back up and down the old Naivasha Road to get the other entry point next to the Italian Church.

Was planning to go down the middle but found the SGR track alongside the railway line. Got it a bit wrong and found a great track up the side of the Rift which gives great views.
