I did the same as Jerome. I used the GPS pre installation. That is better than a direct connection to the battery. Because, the tablet will switch off when you turnoff the bike.I used this connector. It’s not original but it works perfectly.

Hi guys,
I’m installing the T850X mount on my 2012 BMW GS1200 Adventure (K25) and the connector under the duckbill has 3 cables coming out (one positive, one negative and one data).
My question is, does the data cable connect to the green wire on the T850X???

Connect the RED and GREEN together to POSITIVE and BLACK to negative.
the 3 Wire connector should be post ignition . The GREEN wire you can also let not connected , but isolated.

I mounted a T865x on my BMW GS Adv 1200 (2011).
It slightly covers my RPM, but I don’t mind. I could put it somewhat higher, maybe.
I used a GPS mount for 17 mm tube – BMW R1200GS (2008-13) from Thork Racing and this part “83300413585” for power.
I just need to relocate my iphone (Quad Lock)

Just installed. Did a 30 minutes tour. Short arm seems to work find. Waiting for Silverfox remote to be delivered. In summer and off road I use rally screen. Don’t forsee any issues.

Well done! The matt T865x looks nice. I’m curious how it will look with the rally screen in summer.
Hi Eric, Which short am did you use. Any pics of the mount? Do you think it will work with the standrad screen or does the WRS give it more room?
