If there’s a way to save your recorded track someplace other than the default Recordings folder on the onboard memory, there would be a pop up menu when you select to save it, letting you put it where you want. Otherwise, I have not discovered a way, within the tablet itself, to transfer files from one folder to another. Nor from the onboard memory to the SD card or visa versa. I’ve only been able to do that by connecting the tablet to the PC via USB cable, then as I said earlier, go into the tablet Settings app (not DMD Settings) > Connected Devices > USB > Use USB For > select File Transfer, so the tablet will show in Windows Explorer. Then you can drag and drop files from and to wherever you want them.
I haven’t saved a recorded track yet, so I don’t know what one sees during the Save procedure.
In the DMD Settings, (Gear icon bottom right of screen), under Storage, there’s an option to “Set storage to Removeable SD Card”. I assume that makes things like track recordings, pictures you take with the tablet and other things like that, Save to the SD card instead of the internal memory.
You might enable that setting and test to see if that’s what happens.
I’m going to try adding the sd card and checking that box. It will be a week or 2, by I’ll report back when I get a chance. Thanks for the help.
