ODB Scanner M1 stops reporting data

Hey,

I’ve been using the ODB Scanner M1 recently on my f800gs (2013) and I think it’s great.

However it seems that whenever I switch the ignition off and back on again the dmd2 app stops reporting all ODB data except for the battery voltage.

 

I found that sometimes the connection is restored after closing the app and reopening it again but this does not seem consistent. replugging the ODB Scanner does work, but this is not ideal.

 

Any things I can try to fix this?
