frozen map – location pointer

hi people, new member here. Advice needed please. My T665 ready flr action however my map is “frozen”. I installed a gpx route, I can see it but I cannot “ride” it. The navigation icon (location pointer) does not move. What can be the issue here? Thanks a lot. cheers Michiel
