I try to activate my license key on my samsung phone. But it always says Error Activating License. I checked on the thork website, the key is already activated. So then I try again by deleting the active device on thork website and put again on my phone but then the same error warning again.
What should I do?
What license is it?
Map or Roadbook or OBD?
Are you inserting the license in the correct place? The Map license needs to be inserted in the map screen and the Roadbook license on the Roadbook screen… same for OBD.DMD2 Project Manager & Lead Developer
