I’m new to this ,  but can someone tell me what DL: 4 active means thanks ian

It means there are 4 active downloads for map files.

but: i have ALWAYS the sign of DL: 10+ active. At the moment i have marked and downloaded 6maps.

on the other hand: there are way to many updates and after some of the updates i can‘t see my maps anymore. Or: they where not shown anymore. Got the maps on the SD-Cars and it seems the system lost them after update. There where shown in the map/download-area, but i can‘t see, where i am on the navigation area.

Hello, same here even with the last update, do I have to reinstall all the app and lost all my saved locations and parameters ?
I am on a Galkaxy Active Tab 3 (Android 13) and I’m using DMD2 3.00149.

Wondering if the fact that in the dmd2_downloader_database some records are like this :
Source : https://maps2.advhub.net/routing/W5_N40.rd5
Target : null/Maps/Routing/W5_N40.rd5

Maybe Target starting with null could create some issues…

It seems download was started while the storage dir was null, are you using an SD Card?
This should be fixable by aborting the pending downloads (if any) and download the file again.

Is the option to use the SD Card enabled in the DMD settings?
You might need to abort ongoing downloads and do them again.
Most of the time we see that happen when the user switches to SD Card WHILE having pending downloads.

As I post it previously, I solved it by saving the configuration, deleting the downloader files in it, and restoring this configuration on a clear new installation.

I couldn’t set the storage on a SD card because DMD2 does not appear on the list to grant the correct rights.
