Changing the navigation presets (A to B to ..) on the fly

Hello,

Is it possible to change the default settings such as street, off-road, highway on/off, street fun (whatever that is) in an ACTIVE navigation (A to B)?

Is it also possible to change this separately for each section between waypoints?

All preferably while driving with the controller.
