I was wondering about genetic obd2 connectors.  Trying to get one installed on my Harley for the dmd2. So what is a brand and how do I get it to talk to dmd2?

Is it possible in a future upgrade to have an option to choose between Kmh and Mph?

I use meters but still ‘think’ of speed in miles per hour. It would be handy to be able to use metric measurements with speed in mph. I would imagine a lot of UK users would find this useful.

Hello DMD family

New user here. Just want to confirm and seek your expertise that as I upload a GPX file, does the T865X downloads the world imagery along it – or a way to ensure imagery is downloaded ?

This is to ensure that when I’m on multi day trips off the grid, no internet and no signal, I still have crisp imagery to drive off-road.

Once connected and online, the unit is always shows latest imagery.

Appreciate the pointers and references if this has been discussed already.

Hi Ahmed,
I don’t know if I understand you correctly. In DMD2 you can download maps of countries so that they are available within DMD2 even if you don’t have Internet available via GPS.
Is this what you mean?

Thankful for the reply. The current downloaded maps for my region is only topo maps and not a satellite imagery. But I understand it’s in the working to have the capability to predownload imagery and save it ; let’s see when it’s released !
