Hi there. I have a new T865 and I have confirmed I have 12v power all the way to the mount cradle using a multimeter. The tablet is not charging.  It will charge if I plug in a usb cable.

Brand new install.  Am I missing something?  Is there some way to get product support?

yes the tablet is properly aligned.  When I connect the cradle, the screen brightens but no charge indication or charging happens.

I’ve had the same thing happen, from first install. Power inconsistency and flakey Remote 2 operation. Thought it was my load center causing it. I disconnected the connector feeding the mount pogo pins, opting for the screw on connector port on the tablets back to power the tablet. Tablet and Remote function properly now.

I wasn’t surprised that there was a problem with the pogo pin interface of the mount, as I’d experienced problems with such interfaces before. That interface appears to have 3 different size/diameter pogo pins in the strip. The smaller pins don’t extend as high as the larger pins. You can visibly see that.

I thought about trying to get a replacement from Thork, but as far as I know, a replacement would be the same design and susceptible to the same problem. I’m just glad they engineered it to be able to get power from the back port.
