What device are you using?

Make sure the app is updated to the latest version, go to GPX > Settings > Disable the Auto Load POI
Can you share the GPX with me?

For IOS and IPAD browsers, Install PWA using add to home screen in ios safari browser or add to dock option in macos safari browser

DMD ADV HUB is installed successfully.

Push notification permission blocked in browser settings. Reset the notification settings for website/PWA
