First thing we need to know is if you are using the new DMD2 Beta version.
For IOS and IPAD browsers, Install PWA using add to home screen in ios safari browser or add to dock option in macos safari browser

Push notification permission blocked in browser settings. Reset the notification settings for website/PWA
