Good morning, my dmd t665 device does not recognize the SIM card and neither does the HC SD card. Do I understand that there is only one possible placement? What I can do? Thank you!

Ok, I have tried the SIM card in position 1 and in position 2 and it does not work… when you turn on the T665 it does not recognize the SIM, nor the SD… I have tried several SIMs that work well in other devices. What else can I do? I think it may be a defect of the T665

Never seen a unit with that issue to be honest. Please contact support: rafael@thorkracing.com and attach pictures on how you are placing the cards and tray.

Yes you can have both at same time. Just make sure they are installed in the correct orientation.
