    Got another update message, several before worked fine. This one is just stuck in downloading and nothing is happening.

    Can you tell me the last 5 digits of your serial number? That update was actually canceled and we pushed Update_2 for configuration.

    Just got, 1.7.8 which did run through. Serial is 865023410399
