    Hi together,

    there is a girl in my navigation and talking stupid things like “left”, “right” and so on, when i want to go to the startpoint of my Trip.

    How can i switch off her announcements? Please help her out.

    At the top of the screen, tap the GPX icon. Then tap on the settings gear icon. On the left column, scroll down to ” Turn Instructions”. See if you have any of those options enabled.

    Hi together, today i navigate to the Startpoint of my track and the Navi was always talking to me and i cant listen traffic announcments on the radio. And yes, all buttons were at “off”. What can i do?

    I don’t have access to my tablet at the moment, but If I’m remembering right, I think there’s an option in DMD settings to disable some audio navigation too. Tap on the settings Gear icon at the bottom of the map screen, scroll thru there.

    Thanks for your advice, but exacly this is not working. ALL switches i could found are off and the girl is always talking.

    In the general settings is no switch.

    The only way i found is mapview/gpx/settings/Abbiegehinweise (last Point left side)/Sprach-Hinweise einschalten (last point right side).

    All 4 options in this menu are off ans she is alway talking.

    Those settings are ONLY for GPX file instructions.
    If you are doing a navigation to a destination then you need to go to Map Configuration (the round button with 3 squares on top of each other) > Then click “ADVANCED” in the bottom of the dialog > Then disable voice instructions on those settings.

    Ok. Now it is clear, that i havent found this button. Great thanks to all. Sometimes i am to blind for this new world.
