Arrow pointing to closest track(point)

Like on my old garmin, if i got off track there was an option to see an arrow which points in a straight line to the closest via point/track(point). Is it possible to implement something similar? Very usefull when you need to make a D tour and want get back on track without any route planning. Can be in the map section as a widget
