Great product, but I have one strange issue. I installed the playstore app version. I paid for the map subscription (1 year). I have 3 devices that the purchase covers and works correctly. My issue is one tablet had to be factory reset, and now the subscription is not active on just that one device. Can you assist?
Open the Play Store app and login.
Restart the DMD2 app (make sure you are online).
