I am not sure if this is of any interest, but I have got a Lenovo Tab 7 Gen III running Android 11, using DMD2 2.99904 to connect to a OBDLink LX using a OTKEFDI adapter cable to my 2019 Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX. The OBD2 data shown includes fuel level, fuel range, coolant temp, charging rate, rpm and speed.
Yes, I know that DMD2 is primarily aimed at the off-road market, but many of the DMD2 features are handy to have readily available and should work well with a Sports-Tourer. The Lenovo tablet is not water-proof, but neither is my Samsung A30 phone, so a zip-lock plastic bag will need to be used from time to time until I find a suitable case/cover.
Now all I need to do is fabricate a suitable mounting cradle, and I good to go.
