    Hey everyone,

    I am finishing up my install of the 865X with the DMD remote 2.  I get the blinking blue light on the unit on initial power up.  I went into the menu to allow accessibility.  I then go into the bluetooth menu to pair the DMD Remote 2.  I don’t see anything listed as DMD Remote 2 as an available device. I have no issues running the remote in the wired mode but it would be nice to have the bluetooth as a backup if ever needed.  Thanks for any help

    This is documented in the manual:

    First Pairing and Device Pairing Reset!

    When you first pair the controller or when you need to pair it to a new device you need to reset the Bluetooth bonds!

    To do bond reset you need to press and hold the second round button with the controller turned off, then without releasing the button, power the controller and wait 2 seconds.

    This will reset the device bluetooth bonds and the controller will be discoverable to connect to a new device.

    I only recommend pairing it when you REALLY need to use it by bluetooth, otherwise leave it cable only.

    Thank you so much for that advice in how to reset the bluetooth.  Okay, just to be clear the “second” round button would be the button above the silver two way toggle switch correct?  Update:  I figured it out and everything worked perfectly.  Got it all paired up!
